The website is called Goldstar Ticket and it offers surplus tickets to concerts and shows at half price.
These are seats that typically go unsold. The venue offers them to Goldstar as a way of filling empty seats a few weeks before a show. They now have discount tickets to Shrek the Musical at the Aronoff Center, Cirque du Soleil at Coney Island, and Houston vs the Reds.
Riverbend Music Center at this point is not partnering with Goldstar.
