IHOP
In celebration of National Pancake Day, local IHOP restaurants will be giving away a free short stack of buttermilk pancakes to patrons who make a donation to Cincinnati Children's. The free pancakes will be served 7 am - 10 pm, Tuesday, Feb. 28.
