Text while Driving could cost you $100
If you text while you drive in Cincinnati, be prepared to pay a $100 fine. Cincinnati City Council passed the texting ban by a measure of 8-1 on Today.
Police officers will now be able to pull you over and issue a $100 fine.
The ban will not take effect for at least 30 days.
